It would be nice if you did a chaos invasion delay, nerf or no chaos invasion mod

what you're looking for is getting to use the Norsca factions. they use the chaos unit roster, but not the horde mechanic. give it a try and see what you think!

Hello Mr. Dresden. Is there any chance you might create a mod that lets chaos conquer settlements but doesn't affect the other factions? I really want the chaos faction to be able to hold lands because i really like chaos but i relly hate horde.

Dresten u should make all races mod (including chaos and beastman)

and the forces of chaos are thee main antagonists of the empire, but there's mods to stop them from showing up. i feel like you need to work on your argument @Born to Strike.
