ArmA 4 not coming out for awhile I think the devs of this mod made a mistake by not continuing development of this mod. This is a great mod.

As far as I can tell, both by testing, and by checking the config, the vests have correct armour values and work as expected. Also, they are probably the best pieces ever created for A3.

The guy that uploaded these is not the original maker...that guy left the Arma community and he left his mod for dead. Everything in it is old and in massive need or dumping and rebuilding.

hey these are nice fucking vest a bit outplace and clip over the uniforms but like 95% bad ass
so i was thinking if you can do somework with them and add some stuff over the vest you know customize them for something special am working on

This is what I read in the BI forums:

"It was removed at the OP's request, Cunico will not be continuing with the Spec4 gear line or Arma3, he has handed over some of his assets to the RHS team for them to complete.

He has lost that spark, he no longer feels motivated enough to update, or release new stuff, he has zero motivation to keep producing the same content that others are now producing, he was getting bombarded with requests into the bargain, and it was impossible to meet these. He has also expressed that all those contributing to his Patreon to stop doing so, as he wants to also take down that page.

Spec4Gear is no more, he requested the topic be removed, out of respect for him and his work, and it was after all his thread, I granted his wish.

He said that he may feel motivated enough to start again if Arma4 shows up."

i think the helmets and guns are from RHS. i agree with the few people, saying that the armor value should be higher.
