Frankly id rather see the entire army instantly collapse and disintegrate upon the last Lord/Hero being slain. This would further increase the uniquness of the vampire counts play style making them super hero reliant which I like the idea of and it makes sense considering the binding lord is no longer present.

This mostly works, but a few units are missed - the Banshee Hero and the majority of the RoR units, namely. It could be conflicts with other mods I have (mostly SFO stuff) so test on your own. Would be surprised if it was a conflict issue though, since most units have the buff but all units were modified.

The unrealistic things with undead that's the ghouls, crypt horror, bats, vargul, wolf being crumbled due to lose of moral, cause they inst technicaly "dead" but more alive and should be afected by psychological effect and subject to disroute (especialy the ghouls cause they are a bit timorous/fearful)

They fatigue because they're only animated by the Dark Magic of a vampire/necromancer, but as they fight they deplete the magic animating and binding them. That's why undead unit "fatigue" has different words representing its different states.

Not a criticism of the mod -- I don't care what people mod -- but it isn't "unrealistic" that they fatigue.

heys guys I have done some things but on another mod I am currently working on, have been very pressed for time these last few weeks, I have however, made, but am still deciding to release a mod that makes all the undead immune to fatigue, but, in this mod the fleshy units do fatigue and DO NOT crumble, also all flesh units are unbreakable apart for vampires and nercomancers, the reason I am yet to release is because Im not 100% on it yet and still want to balance the faction.

I just spent about an hour trying to learn how to use PFM and the Assembly Kit to try and update this because I refuse to play without it, and I am honestly stumped.

Long story short, I found out that whatever PFM makes is always "out of date" I guess (found this out by opening and exporting an updated mod with no changes with PFM which the Total War launcher claimed was out of date), got the assembly kit, opened your pack in PFM as a reference, used the Assembly Kit to manually add the fatigue_immune attribute to all of the undead records that you did, exported it and blah blah blah, looked at the newly created pack in PFM, confirmed the new records were added, added it to my TWW data folder, opened up the TWW launcher, and it apparently was out of date. Tried loading it anyway, and my game crashed.

/nod That would give it some good detail. Can totally see those withery old necromancers getting tired. "Tire" immune troops would be the very dead things, the Dire Wolves, Zoms, Skels, Grave Guard, Wights, Skel Knights, Ghosts...

Thank you for this. The idea that zombies n skeletons could get "tired" is offensive. Though I could see the more fleshy sort like vargheists maybe getting tired as normal. But yeah, if it does not breath, it should not tire.

I feel as though fatigue could potentially have a place with undead forces; just not that of the troops themselves. I imagine it could be interesting to have fatigue represent the remaining energy of the lord as they exert their magic to control the army in battle, and thus the fatigue state would be distributed evenly across the whole force (though perhaps located within the general/heroes chiefly), with energy drawn from a single combined pool. It would be necessary to exclude certain disposable units from this total to avoid detracting from their meatshield role due to 'friendly-fatigue'; in any case their nature would suggest a necromancer would devote little attention and energy towards their activities in any case.

This could still allow for crumbling and such to occur as a result of shocks to the necromancer's control, due to difficulty encountered in combat or degraded state of the remaining unit, while also adding further texture to the playstyle of VC.

The one beggar suggested only works if the Vampire Lord/Master Necromancer ROUTS. The army will be immune to cumbling if you kill the general. I want one that actually makes the death of the general force them into crumbling, like how you'd expect with necromancy.

Please make the mod changing the crumbling effect. It makes no sense for undead to start crumbling from taking losses or getting hit from behind. Only thing that should trigger it is all lords/heroes being dead.

@emcdunna, I have not tried but there is no reason why it would not.

@Revan I can try im trying to figure out abilities now, once I do that then I should be able to!

@Chazzy This one will make it so the Vampire faction will not suffer from fatigue at all, the other one will make it so they still suffer from fatigue but do so at a slower rate than other factions.

@Ondore that is a very good point and something I will have to think about, Thank you...
but in saying that does a the first unit not get assigned as a lord and act as one in a way?

Is there any way to make a regenerating lords mod? After playing vamps with their regen it's hard to play anything else since there lords only get one life, haha.

I like your idea about the new mod you are working on. It would be awesome that the undead only crumbles if the Lord dies.
But there is another mod, similar to this one. The problem is that when you defend a city with just the defense army, you have no Lord, and your units crumble just instantly.
