It says Enforcing consistency if you are playing online on a server that requires files to be a certain way. It is like the server says you must have "this" file to play here. So if you are playing on a special server that is why you get that error. You gotta let us know where you are playing.

@Ferretsshadow's idea... the smoker plant could be like the one from jumanji... didn't that one have a vine it wrapped around someone? you could use the ivy b.o.w. from resident evil since it's pretty much the jumanji one with limbs.
