I have some counters stuck floating in the air. They won't fall to the table. I can't figure out how to grab them or interact with them in any way. Any ideas? Thank you for any input!

Have to throw in a comment. I recently discovered TTS and it has been a "game changer" for me literally. I have a good collection of war games and can never play them do to time/space/family constraints and end up staring at my games on my shelves and waiting for the day I retire. This mod is great and finally lets me jump in and out of D-Day for a few quick turns, no set up time, no fear of kids/animals destroying my game. Love this mod and others like it and so glad I can finally play my games in some manner.

To fix this, edit your save json and replace these lines:

Building depth 2 should be NA 2
Building depth AR 3 should be FL AR 2

Win depth FL AR 2 should be 2
Win depth NA 2 should be AR 3

There are two counters that have the wrong backs and thus are in the wrong bags. WN depth 2 FL AR should simply be strength 2. Building depth 2 should be Building depth 2 FL AR.

I wait with baited breath. Only found out about this game through your version and I cant stop playing it. I'd love to play the others, and having a saveable PC version is a winner. Good lucj translating them over.

@ctaardvark: I might just have too. The games are amazing. I put this mod together in anticipation of the physical arriving so that I might learn it ahead of time (I lack the patience to wait...). I also own all of the games I have created mods for.

This is the only of the d-day series I own. I might take a stab at the vassal for the other 2 and then translate them to here. And, I'm incredibly interested in RAF.

Do you plan on putting any more of the Dday series on TS? Or even the designers RAF solitaire game?

Never mind, I found the terrain effect chart. Had not realized these tanks were not leaving the beach unless you're playing the extended scenario!

Another great mod. I too am waiting for a reprint, although it seems it's going to be a long while. I got Peleliu in the meanwhile and preordered Iwo Jima, but this is the one I really want.
One thing: although I see the impact of terrain on combat, I don't see terrain restrictions. I know about scaling cliffs and bluffs, but would anyone know if seawalls or bocage impedes movement?
