@nschneid12 I think it may be when I'm creating RICO assets, I just click on a unique building template without regard to what template it is. I just googled and realized that some Unique Buildings require After Dark, namely the Casino. I don't see why it would make a difference since they all function the same. If you want to let me know which assets states that they require After Dark, I'll see what I can do to update them.

King Leno, Did you know that some of your assets require the After dark expansion pack. I have found this because when i download the assets, they only require the RICO mod, but, when I am in the game and go to content manager, I find out that I need the AD expansion which I do not have. i would like it if you would let us know that the asset requires AD so that some of us who don't have AD can know that we need the expansion to use the asset in our cities. Also thanks for making some awsome american buildings.
