I make a collection/theme like Feindbild`s brooklyn/manhattan collection. You can use it to fill the city. All corners building will only RICO. This will allow the streets to be diverse at least at the corners, without repeated assets. My recent items were either large or corner. Therefore, all remains as is.

Love this my man! Also would vote for a growable version.
