I'm glad this made it into the game, its my favorite hat, but why isn't it all class? all you gotta do is slap it on, dont have to do any resizing or anything

...So I guess they decided to add this to the Halloween case. Kind of weird, but at least it's added, I guess. Hopefully it won't be Halloween restricted, at least ( I don't think it will be ).

I would like to see it on more classes. And possibly jingle, but it would be cool if there was an option to go either way ( style? ) in case people don't want to. I think the jingling sound can be neat and fits this item, but it could also get annoying.
