there is no catagory... its not with ulx... the ranks that can use are in the config

This addon is broken, neither the admin nor the player can send messages through the chatbox.
It also cannot be found in the ULX permissions section so you can't configure who can interrogate players.
The only thing this mod is good for at the moment is forcing motd.
