Still broken I guess. Guns are not craftable, the ammo is though.
Curiously, you can find the guns on the blocks selector (G) by searching by their name, but can't do anything here either.

broken now, the guns are not craft able, only the ammo

testing the guns as an admin i enjoyed them, then i found out while in survival that the guns themselves are NOT CRAFTABLE in ANY of the assemblers, i can make all the amo i could ever want for those guns but i cannot make the guns themselves. i was extremely disappointed

I got bored and fixed/reworked this mod on my latest Sunday evening.
Seeing these comments, I have decided to put it up for the public.
It's all updated to work with the current gunplay of SE, and I rebalanced some of the recipes and stats. I listed all changes etc in a discussion on the mod page if anyone cares.

Now this message is intended more to inform the original creator of this mod of this fork's existence. So, Ven, if you want me to take it down or add you as a developer, just leave a comment on it and lmk. I naturally did explain the mod was originally yours in the very first sentence of the mod’s description.

All things except for the flamethrower’s particles are fixed… for now. To stand in for the flames, the flamethrower now just emits very orange bullet trails for the time being.

So, captain_uzziah, I guess I am 'nobody' and I fixed the mod for you. ;)

Recent KEEN update mess with character animations. Mod works but affect vanilla weapons in new update. Cannot build ammo for vanilla weapons.

Where does one craft these weapons in survival? I see the ammo in the assembler, but the weapons themselves do not show up in character tools or anywhere else.

It seems pretty broken.

Some of the weapons don't work, while others do "work" but have no visual particle effects

Tried this today at a firing range to test them out.

Was unable to test them out because the weapons themselves are not even craftable.

this mods needs more attention, because some welpons don't work as we want, like the flamer or the granede laucher (that shoots a rocket ), the colt is full auto. Also the hand of the char bugs when we walk with these welpons in hand

rocket launcher is weak cant even break a small light armour block

I have to second what that unknown guy said about the weakness of the rocket launcher. The entire reason I wanted a mod like this was so I could swat drones with an RPG, but I might as well use the vanilla rifle.

Icons of weapons kind of ruin it for me. The glaring pixelly white against everything else transparent just doesn't work for me

You know, I tried this today after weeks of debate and I have to say it's super disappointing. First weapon I pull out is the rocket launcher and that thing is so weak a direct hit on small light armor blocks did about 25% damage to the blocks. 12% damage to an atmospheric thruster. That means. I would have to hit an enemy 8 times to take out their engines.. 4 times to begin to put minor holes in their armor. And even if I get inside of a base with this thing it takes 4 hits to destroy a conveyor tube.

Whats going on with this? With the other handheld weapons mods not working either Im worried this one wont work and I was really excited for using this in my server.

Does this not work in survival? No matter what I try I cant find how to make the weapons. I can make the ammo but not the weapons?

the updated version "hides" vanilla weapon real close to you and this old mod has you holding these weapons out in front of you like a spear lol. I may just use the updated version and NOT use the vanilla rifle at all (really no need).

May I Make A Suggestion: Can You Decrease The Scatter Of The 25mm And 5.56mm Gatling To 1, Because I Often Use The Those Gatlings When i Sit I A Helicopter, And The Unrealistic Scatter IS Not Very Helpful At Providing The Potentially Lifesaving Cover That I Need To Provide! I Just Hope This Isnt Too Much To Ask!
