I have RICO, but this building shows up as a park/unique building when I place it in my city. How do I make it a residential building? I even placed it in a residential zone, still didn't work.

Lod has a visual glitch - tower is mispositioned to the lower part - it moves to the right when lod triggers. Easy to check with lod toggler. Also would be nice to have more detailed one. Cheers!

Dude, you're missing out by not making an LOD model for this near-perfect asset. It's an amazing skyscraper but I unsubbed because of this :/

This is great! My only problem is that it looks very diffrent from afar, the lights are more prominent at night.

I loved this building until I saw it from a far standing point. You're gonna need a custom LOD for me to keep this.
