This would be an awesome sapper. I think the timer makes it balanced and it gives us something other than default(Skins) and the red tape.

i feel like it would've been cooler if the colors where reversed for the teams so red spy's would have blue ones and vise versa

5 sec cool down makes it useless against sentry bases with dispensers and teleporters
On the other hand it’s good and unique for game

Stat idea: can change enemy dispensers and teleporters to your color. Can destroy enemy sentries but is 30% slower
