I think the problem is the sheer number of physics props on this map. You've made me curious to try changing them all to static or detail props to see how this map changes.

when i loaded up the map there was zombies everywhere and people floating and shooting at the zombies there was props floating in the air errors too just complete chaos was also very laggy idk if this was a glitch on my end or if the map is just bugged but yeah that's all

The rooms are kinda small, Things are easy to break, as seen in the video. And I'd definitely use this map if it had AI nodes.

Could anything be done about that? I would love to play this map, but you know... But I found out a while back that I can heat muffins with my computer's heat exhaust. Maybe next time I try to run this map I'll keep a muffin to the side. Should be warm in a few minutes.

I could be wrong, but I believe the lag is caused by the sheer amount of physics props on the map. For some reason the physics props spawned in the Hammer editor don't run as nice and smooth as if you were to do the same in Garry's Mod.
