Got an idea for a CPU class ability that might help make the class feel more unique:
Activate HDD
-Gain +10 to all stats (except health)
-Drain 1hp each turn due to fatigue
-Uses 2 action points (to prevent people from activating, taking an HDD augmented action, and then deactivating again)
It needs to be balanced in order to make it a tactical choice. It should be more of a last ditch effort to give your squad that extra push to make it.
Note that the mod to give all soldiers EXP actually has a line that FORCES random classes on Rookies and appearently takes precedence over this. (for those in the barracks only)
Also, a new soldier class would be nice. Did Firaxis fix assigning classes to specific character pool characters?
As far as your question at the end goes...how exactly do you mean "how to go about translating Japanese lines"? My Jp. ain't perfect or anything, but should be more then sufficient for translating the core of most lines the Nep-Charas say...
