Quite good, this is a think fast or die situation, and it's not at all bad. I think I was impressed with the fact you are behind the 8 ball in a couple of subtle ways after the fact and that works out to make the scenario interesting.

Of course over time I rebuilt the whole base and my 13 or so survivors are chilling hard in a situation where occasionally we have to open the mines up , but with the storage dome stocked the telescope array tended, it's a bed-and-breakfast situation with upside revenue potential.

This challenge felt really mediocre after you turn on the power to the windmills, solar panels, and water extractor. By no means am I saying it was not fun. I was just going in with the impression that it would be alot more difficult then it was, and alot of it was just waiting to get the resources to build what was needed.
All in all I feel the challenge could've been more, but it still gave me something to do.

1) turn on power (grid, main switch)
2) switch off everything non vital: mines, landing pad, processing plant, factory, bot factory, sick bay, lab
3) pray there is enough wind for your windmills ^^ ... if not, reload ...
4) build some water fountains in your canteen

Saved all colonists and they are happy.

Very 1st thing - turn on power. Hopefully windmills are turning to provide power. Immediately recycle buildings away from O2 generator, especially storage building. Do half dozen others, any colonists will inside will have full O2 levels in their spacesuits. I saved all the colonists this way and it was easy to rebuild and complete the challenge after that.

Ahhh. The power is off when you get in not just low. I didn't expect that. OK I see what needs to be done. Almost made it to day break before they started dying. We can do this!

You can save allof the colonists. You just turn on all the power and get them into the rooms where o2 is. its scary and hard but you can do it

All the colonists die within 2min from asphyxiation because there is no power. You do realize that wind is unreliable. It took me 4 attempts to have only 1 chance to continue with 2 colonists...

BTW: in the test you mentions to build 4 lasers, but 5 are needed
