I may do a 3d model eye mask in the future though.
C:\Users\<Your Name>\Documents\my games\XCOM2\XComGame\Config
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Config
and delete all your ini files.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam might be different if you installed Steam in a different location.
Then repeat the steps to verify your xcom game to force it to download a fresh set of INIs.
You may need to restart xcom twice after that, sometimes takes it a couple of tries to recognize the new INIs.
Other than that, you may need to contact tech support.
It's possible you might be out of sync with the patches that came with the DLC, everyone should have the patches.
