Yeah I'm not seeing it anywhere in the game.
Farengar isn't selling it and I do not see it as a .ESP to activate using my NMM.

You probably don't do mods anymore, but I think it would be neat if we had a Boss Monster race mod [there's a guy named Saimon121 on some website I saw that was working on it... Skyrim really needs more UT mods, but it's almost 2018 :[)

could you add sans's blue soul attack? (basicly uoi pick up the enemy with magic and when you hitthe enemy on a wall it damages them,)

guys just use the console and do help and the spell and just put player.additem [ID code] 1 and yes you have to space and put a one cause it shows how much of the spell you want

I have what i think is an amazingh suggestion. Make a spell that lets us telekinesis our foes, and call it "Karmic Retribution" after Sans' special ability.

If you're like me you can just use psb in the console menu to get all the spells :D Im lazy so..... just my advice if you're not playina legit skyrim.
