@Voron Sorry for the delay on getting back to you. I mean, I guess I CAN update it to 1.2.1, but it's not really necessary, since the changes in 1.1 really made this mod obsolete. Do you need it for a saved game or something? If that's the case, or if you're just really dedicated to the mod for some reason, I'll see what I can do, but otherwise I think they really did a far better job than I did with the wargoal system.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, for some), this mod doesn't alter the 100 warscore max when you're first settling your claims to go to war. I've been looking around for it myself and I can't find it - having heard that the diplomacy system is hard-coded makes me think that this may be hardcoded as well.

How many war scores can be?
I'm a president of Federation... And can't declare a war - there are too little points. Only 100 for all members of Fed. They didn't agree to go to war without good-for-them conditions.

Do this mod help me? Or it IS who broke a game?

FYI: I believe this mod conflicts with "Expanded War Demands" as they both modify 00_war_demand_types.txt

I'm actually in the middle of figuring that out. V2 has a straight "conquest" goal that just let you swallow up nations in certain cases. It was mostly predicated on the nation's size, I believe.The best way might be to check the relative sizes of the two countries and then somehow try and make it so that "conquest" would only be accepted in case of surrender, rather than a negotiated peace. Since hate seems to be generated on a per-pop basis, the conquest of a large enough empire would necessarily generate insane amounts of hate.

But, yes, this is why I made this mod, because I agree with you. I'm in the end-game myself and it's just a grinding succession of limited wars with total war-style methods. It seems odd that I can occupy all a nation's worlds but only be able to take a few border planets. I used to have problems with the warscoring of EU4 and the rest, but Stellaris becomes 'In The Grim Dark Future, There Is Nothing But War Simulator 2016" after a point.

That's certainly another way to do it, and I'll look into it. I'd have to figure out how precisely to represent a nation's total strength that way, though, with a mind to try and minimize anomalies - otherwise, FEs would have ungodly high per-planet values since their military and economic ratings are through the roof. Meanwhile the game seems to want them to be fairly easy to swallow up once you break through their fleets, since their worlds get a big reduction from the base warscore. It's something I have to think about, but you're right, that could be another format.

Annexation is currently a joke, in my vanilla game I controll almost 200 worlds, but it's nearly impossible to finish gathering up the remaining 40 worlds since the entire rest of the galaxy is in an alliance. Not only does the war take forever since every action I take adds like >1% ws and my vassals+allies only follow my fleet around, but I can only get like 3-4 planets for years of war with at least 10 years of peace following. Nothing I could do, but abonden that savegame sadly considering the game gets slower and slower at that point. This mod is a step in the right direction, but there just need to be new wargoals for endgame like conquering an entire empire at the cost of universal hate or some shit.

Instead of comparing the size of each empire if you're going to add a dynamic system would be to use the ratios of the GDP and military power of each side. How you weigh them compared to each other is up to you but you could reduce the warscore cost of one of the sides and slightly increase it for the other (wouldn't make a linear function though as if and empire is considered 10% or 30% stronger makes a BIG difference).
