@Brenna's Urbangirl Projects no idea. it's not complaining. it's just a message that says that this prop was used in the asset but is unavailable for some reason. there could be all kinds of reasons, but none of them affect the game or loading speeds.

Is the flag_pole_wall_us a DLC prop? This asset is complaining about it being missing but I can't find it on Steam.

The Load Screen Mod reports a bug with this asset - "Workshop asset requires DLC or Deluxe content?" but I have the deluxe edition with all DLC.

It would be awesome if you addd fremont street in las vegas.

I was in Memphis several days ago and went down Beale Street--you even have the Blues Cafe, which I ate at! Awesome!

@noirmoutton I've been working on a Graceland forever, but abandoned it until I learned how to use sub-buildings enabler, now it's just in purgatory. I am working on a Hardrock Cafe, should be my next asset to upload.

@treetion i just used prop anarchy to place the cobblestone texture over the street. It was a pain since the texture is shorter than the road and I had to place two of them to cover the width of the road. I only did it to take the screenshots so I wasn't concerned with getting it perfect. Definitely worth the time though

Does anyone know what mod is that cobblestone street in the screenshot?

This is way awesome. I'd love to see more assets like this so I can build a uniquely American downtown/old town district.
