I don't think you would be able to wear the Colonial Clogs and use the 2nd Amendment because Valve used the soldiers secondary for the shoes.

these boots are awesome, but this cannot be a misc item nor can it be a secondary slot due to the fact that the other gun he is holding is a 2nd weapon. The only way I can see it is, it may replace the rocket launcher slot....unless u know another solution.
