I had no faith in ye panel. A light bridge was all I needed.

That was fun. I almost gave up in anger and then I had an "aha" moment (:

Is there a video of the proper solution? All I did was put myself under the grating where the light bridge goes down into, then shoot a portal onto the top portalable surface on the left invisible wall (in the diagram above), then walk clear to the exit. I never used the laser, the cube, the moving panels, or the faith plate.

A fun puzzle with cool ideas. The solution is a bit awkward to preform, or else I did it wrong. Nifty!
