I'm sorry but something is wrong with your game, try verifying your game chache or disable any addons that may change Gmods or HL-2 props (Note: you don't need to own HL-2 to have it's textures or props since Gmod comes with them).

This map doesn't use any custom props or textures, it uses the regular Gmod content, only sounds are custom and are not from Gmod which shouldn't create any visual errors.
