Comdare, I think you mean socialist realism, as in the Soviet art movement that opposed the bourgeois banality of public art in the West.

@Romvy, just one clarify about capacity of RICO resedential buildings: for some balance (with growable buildings and with other RICO buildings) we in soviet buildings use this formula: (RealApartmentsCount * 0,3). So if your building has 30 apartments, in RICO's .xml you need to set 9 homes. :)

It looks great!

But I highly recommend you to use Ploppable RICO for your buildings! ;) Buildings Theme is not very useful for making cities with socialist architecture.
