@everyone this mod has to be in first priority( at first place in the list in singleplayer at least).

ive got a weird thing that makes my max level dinos 60 does anyone know a solotion ive tried many things im playing on gen 1 jes ive tried game user settings .ini many times but never works ive played on differend maps but never had this problem

And FYI Flyz. All DLC maps have the level capped at 150. The Island has a level cap of 120.

Is not possible, unless it was previously a another mod it regulates the dino LVL spawn and after the mod toff wild dinos were not deleted.
