The gun animation is firing faster than the AK-47 itself. Plus, the reload animation will glitch out if you reload on a full magazine.

I understand that the longer reload animation is purely aesthetic, but still, it would be cool if it'd match the vanilla animation even aesthetically.

The animation itself plays out longer than the vanilla weapon, but the actual reload timing is the same as the original weapon. The difference is only aesthetic, the actual time it takes to begin shooting again is the same.

Maybe you should try using the ACE 31 variant as an AK skin instead. The ACE 31 variant is chambered for the AK's 7.62x39 cartridge whereas most others use the 5.56 cartridge

Uh, this would be more suitable for the m16a1 rather than the ak47, the galil arm is chambered in .223x.556, not 7.62x.39

The animation seems... Well, I don't know how to say it but since the AK-47 is a slower shooting gun it doesn't look good with the same animations as the M16 versoin because the M16 is faster shooting.

Great mod! The look and sound of it is excellent. I personally don't think it's overpowered as someone mentioned previously but I tend to fire short bursts whenever possible so I rarely have accuracy problems anyway.

The regular sequence is server-side and sets the time, the layer sequence is client-side and controls the visual elements.
