@Toast580 - JFD's Mods (CulDiv, ExCE, Piety, RtP...), YnAEMP TSL, CIV IV Traits, R.E.D, Map Labels... AFAIK, the main major mod it does not support is E&D purely because I can't get it working.

@Cole - Well, that's an issue that I don't exactly know how it arose, and I don't know how to fix it. As for the leader icon, it's more or less supposed to be like that, partially because I like the style, partially because I'm massively massively lazy. And thank you for the compliments!

There seems to be a problem with the Icons for the UU and UB, they don't show up (as in, they're just blank) in both the tech tree and in the city/production menu. Hovering over them fixes this however. I'm using the CBP because most cool mods now seem to require it, so maybe that is doing something weird? Also, is the leader icon supposed to be like that? I don't really mind, just thought it was kinda strange.

Anyway, thanks for the great mod! Definitely one of my new faves, as my current game is the best i've had in years!

@Imperator Justinian - while he "rules" the Shogunate of Japan, it's more due to Japan technically being a Shogunate at the time, it's mentioned throughout the Civilopedia and the entry text that he's a kampaku rather than a shogun. Also shoutouts to Nobunaga's Ambition, great game.

@ianandsue5 We considered them, couldn't come up with a design.

While I can appreciate the Nobunaga's Ambition reference with Hideyoshi, I find it odd that he's leading the 'Shogunate' of Japan considering he was incapable of being Shogun due to his birth and had to contend himself with the title 'regent'.

@YUM Actually, it was. Ashigaru during the end of the Sengoku Jidai period and the start of Hideyoshi's administration (including the invasion of Korea) wore foldable tatami armor, and used Tanegashimas, which were a type of matchlock arquebus. Therefore, they fit with Musketman given the period.

@Rodrigues It applies against Barbarians as well, and when the unit is killed, the amount of points and towards which Great Person it was directed to show up.

Is the UA valid against barbarians? Or just when defeating other civ's unit? When the unit is killed , is it showed towards which great person the points were gained?

@ianandsue5 It's mentioned in the DoM (and in several other points around the game's Civilopedias) that he was a kampaku, never a shogun, actually.

Since he united Japan maybe the UA should be: When destoying a Civilization bigger than Japan gain a free random great person and +10 production in the Capital.

Am very Pleased to see this Mod; I am Fascinated by Japanese History!

Just one little Historical Point ~ Hideyoshi was never a Shogun. Under Japanese Law of the Time, only Descendants of Minamoto no Yoritomo [a Man who deserves a Mod to himself] could claim the Title of Shogun. Hideyoshi was from a Peasant Family and therefore ineligible; he Ruled as Imperial Regent after Uniting the Country.
