Instead of making this a new effect, we should change sunbeams to this, because this is far sexier.

I would like to see this included, but rather than as a Unusual Hat effect, have it be an unusual weapon effect. Might even add dripping blood in that case. given the mayan theme

this honestly isn't really extremely identical to sunbeams imo, sunbeams is just simple weak glow and flare coming off the hat, this one is meant to be an actual very bright sun on top of your head, but i guess most of the comments will be about this looking like sunbeams, i don't blame people though because this does look like sunbeams and also has flares.

I have no hope of this being accepted anyways, but i still wanted to upload it so the effort i put into this doesn't get wasted.

This should rather be added as extra sunbeams unusual style that can be selected tbh looks way to much like it, not that i ahte it.

Looks good, but it is quite similar to Sunbeams. We already have three sun effects, I don't think they will add another.
