@Indigo Voodoo Child, This mod doesn't add any new civs to the game, it just replaces Hal Jordan with Kyle Rayner as the leader of the Oans civ. All of the information for the Oans civ is on the page for my Green Lantern civ, linked above, and using this mod retains all of those uniques. Also, any version of my Green Lantern civ needs to be enabled for this to replace its leader, so any of the 4 mods listed above.
