-近战增加2冷值到目标（冰工作人员添加1）成本1灰尘只有当目标不冻结。不是所有击中成本的灰尘。
当目标被冻结或比你会处理60伤害而不是。（这并不总是由于游戏机械，所以我用60调整比较火）
-冰球增加1冷值到目标。
-成本1清醒1尘。
-火球1.5 x范围
非成本武器用途。
风扬尘；工艺greengem（30尘）与炼金术
-工作像“天气的痛苦”

Repro Steps:

Enable Chibisaur's Ruby Character Mod
Enable Kelsuis's Weiss Character Mod
Enter game with both Characters
Load ammo into weapons
Fire Weapons
No visible projectile will be seen (however effects will still be seen)

Sorry, my mistake, Chibisaur's RUBY mod breaks' your projectile effect on Weisse's fireballs/ice spells.

FYI spell projectile effects/images disappear when using the Damage Indicators mod. I know its not your responsibility to fix, just putting out a notice.

I don't have any problem with this solely mod alone active It's not my respondsibility to make it not confict with whatever you use. stat is either go overpower or unsatisfied some people anyway . I mostly made mod compare to default characters and also trying to simulate it with multiplayer condition since this is coop game not going solo. It also a survival game not brawling.

I was unsubscribe to this thread and just happen to check it today.
Didn't know update broke wind effect, but only one report so far.
so i may fix this when i feel like it. (in case it could be fix that is)
