Hey k1ngen. The training on tactics must be heavy. distribute your coaching out so multiple coaches are training tactics

K1NGEN hire a coach who has good tactical knowledge, then in training just assign that coach for tactics. Simple.

Cant you change the intesity on training for players in fm16?
and what should i do if my player dont get enough "attention" during tactics training? pls help me

If anyone is having trouble getting FM mods to work subscribe to them while ingame using the steam overlay.

I deleted your second comment by accident. Sorry dude. Try unsub and resub thats worked for me in the past

1. click import view
2. Click on "Individual training view"
3. click load view
In my game it does go away everytime you come back to that screen but you just have to select it again
