No, I made this model and texture it using kHED and Blender.
I did not even know that there is one like that for Gmod :P Original idea of this medkit is from Kalu and I helped her to make it

Spirited Away was such a great movie.
I was actually going to make a No-Face mod before, but I just never had the time.
Maybe you should go replace the healing noises to the "Ah" sounds he makes, to make it more like him. (And to creep the crap out of people). :P
