the original asset is a 3x3 park with functional overpass, and it may clipping into other buildings, due to it's outside of the 3x3 footprint. My asset solve that problem by provide a similiar footprint minus the stair.

Technically, you can use any park to fill in the otherside, I just make a similiar looking one because of aesthetic reason.
