They affect the way 1's and 7's work in the action rules variation of the game. I think that's it in terms of rules differences.

1's can no longer be used to target a player with a smaller palette than you.

7's can now be used to discard a card from your palette to the top of the draw deck instead of to the canvas.

Gah :P Are the changes signifigant :P I actually just text edited the json file from the other version so im not entirely sure how to edit things :)
