I hope this mod works for me because even a bump over a curb can cause 1% = $1000 penalty and that is just not realistic at all - I would like to see trailer danage still but 1% = $100 instead.

i like the sound of it, but you should still be careful. For me the exits on the road with rails on each side are a pest because i have to slow down and i mistakenly put skill points into long distance which i am not quite ready for

Updated the mod to support 1.24. The new mod structure should also improve compatibility with other mods.

If any one is using the Beta 1.24 this mod and many others will not work too... :steamsad:
SCS has changed damage files, there are posts about giving you much more information all about this.

This mod in my game will not work anymore, I am still receiving damage to my trailer by just driving dow the hi-way. It did work but there was an update came thru and it works no more. I have removed all mods and re-subscribed them but this has not helped.. Please help sort this problem. its such a great asset to have. Thank you.

@katho: I found the same to be true for the Promods map. Sadly the mod needs higher priority than the map or it will not work. So for the time being i cancelled it. Though i'm definitely hoping for a cure to this problem.

Still a great idea, sadly this mod imho messes up the sii file if you are using map mod "Rusmap" (errors when scrolling in map)

What I would do was to hit the 'save' button often and reload whenever 'unfair' cargo damage occurred to me in all those situations mentioned already in the other comments. This here is adressing a real nuisance of the game and I thank you sincerely. Makes ETS 2 life a lot better! :steamhappy:

Great ! Some of those connections to highways are way to small for bulky loads and not identifiable on the map. So even well planned routes resulted in damage.

Sadly this Mod does not seem to be working when doing World of Trucks jobs... Did not pervent my Great Nephew reeping hovc to my load this weekend :steamsad: :steamsad:

My trailer always gets damged when i fail at doing corners going onto a highway
