Просто потому, что её делали 3 идиота. В этой модели 1.4 тысячи полигонов, когда можно было обойтись и сотней если не меньше. В итоге этот кусок говна жрёт ресурсы по полной программе.
Я до сих пор удивляюсь, как можно было втроём делать 1 модель размером меньше руки.

Lioside, badges has 7 different skins, you can just replace them by yours textures.

Laurence, you can find them into Browse>Addons Tab, there's the folder with the badges.
