Listen man I don't mean to be rude but this mod is pretty bad
i wish u made a video showcasing it first so i could deicde if i wanted it before wasting my time

Nvm, I fixed it. Just had to uninstall *all* of the files from each voice mod. :P

How do I restore the original voices? I tried verifying integrity again, and even uninstalled the mods, but it seems to have only made my sounds get fucked up. The voices are either slow mo, or some remnants (no pun intended) of the modded voice remain.

In the folder they are normal. But in game they are slow-mo.

PLease go to the folder for the voices of Nick and open some files and make sure you hear Weiss voice
The folder is: ...Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\player\survivor\voice\gambler

1 - Make sure it was extracted to the right folder
2 - If it is make sure you ran the console command and waited until it finished
3 - Disable the mod from the addon menu if both steps above were done

I'm sorry, dear autor, but there is a problem with this mod. When I install it, there was not a sound like on video, but rather sound, which is similar to slow-mo voice. Please, help me if you can.

If you verify integrity of game cache l4d2 will download all the original finales, but effectibly removing this mod in the procces

Wait for it, it will seem like freezed but it can take up to 15 mins and maybe more in low end machines to complete the rebuild of the audio cache

this voice contains the healing voices getting hurt voices and getting vommited at getting tangled by smooker getting pumped by charger? any reaction voice for that?

Uncheck the addon in the addon list in game (disable it , it will still work since you've override the game files) and use the snd_rebuildaudiocache command in the console again. If that doesn't work try using snd_updateaudiocache.

@Guilty Blaster maybe you should upload and add links to GameMaps? Not only you don't have to split the mods, it would also help with installing mods.

I don't know if this is happening to everyone, but downloading voice packs through l4d2 crashes my game everytime.


I suggest you tell people to download the files through steam workshop downloader.


Also, nice to see this being released. Can't wait for Yang ans Blake.
