This mod is greatly outdated. I'm rather not to do any major changes in it. The last one doesn't change much.
I advise you to use it alongside with PIR. After all that is how we are using it with my friends group.

Let me explain. I see this mod as a good alternative to PIR, since in PIR, when you injure an enemy and they fall to the ground (especially when they’re running), at the moment of death they seem to keep a sort of momentum that throws the dead body forward, which feels a bit unimmersive to me. On the other hand, using your mod and making the units die a few seconds after hitting the ground might help avoid these physics issues that happen when a body goes from being alive to dead. It’s kind of weird, and I’m not sure if I explained it well, but that is the main reason for my petition :steamhappy:

Done. Easy fix. If they'r position doesn't change in 5 - 10 minutes, they die.

you need a separate mod for that. one of those mods is ACE3 which adds a list of realistic interactions and player/ai realism but from what i can tell doesnt come with the downed animations seen in this mods video.

idk why this mod could turn ais hp up to a crazy number,i cant kill an ai by shooting his head with a sniper rifle most of the time

truly a splendid mod, it does what I have been looking for for a long time, which is a plausible reaction to the impact of the bullet on a bot. I'd like you to add a way to set up the mod, via the CBA Menu Addon.

Well I have mixed feelings about this. When you hit a unit, it will fall down. That's realistic. Then it will try to fix themselves up (if the shot wasn't deadly). That's also realistic. When you hit a guy and he flies up in air - that is not realistic. What's up with that?

I'm using this alongside "revamped CSAT armour" and it's so dumb (tbh,its more annoying on the side of this mod). 1-2 shots and the guy just flops into the air and lays flat for a while, I think they're dead so I look away for another target then after a while they're running away like they faked their death :P
The problem is, at +500m targets mesh into the ground when they lay flat so they're "harder to see", simulating foliage cover. This makes every kill so tedious,feeling as tho I have to kill soldiers twice. It essentially gives every NPC a second life as it's quite hard to judge shots when they're meshed into the ground at longer ranges.
Land a great 600m-800m shot? (plays dead) Too bad, do it again but this time they're running and zig-zagging....

Good mod, adds more suspense since you have to make sure downed enemies are actually dead by putting a few more rounds into their body.

I found out that if you are using this mod and ACE 3 revive system when you "insta-kill" a unit (for example with a headshot) it will execute the ragdoll animation but then the unit will roll in his back and take out his weapon even if is unconscius and in the ACE revive state. Is there a way to change this?. For example when a player is shot in the head the ragdoll animation will execute and 5 seconds later the soldier will roll and stand prone with the weapon out even if the player cant move or interac beacuse he is in the unconscius state. The only way to change this animation is to interac with the unit dragging him or carrying the wounded soldier so when you stop dragging or carrying to unit will get in the ACE unconscius animation (face down and in the ground)

I think you should be able to get up faster. When you shoot someone/get shot by someone the amount of time you spend lying on the ground is kinda long. I think you should just fall down and get up immediately.

-попадает пуля, персонаж падает по рагдолу, но в без сознании... через некоторое время он выходит из состояния рагдолы, переворачивается на живот, достает оружие: но все еще продолжает находиться в без сознании! и так и лежит, целясь в оружия....
это произодит из-за того что твоя анимация на "подъем из рагдола" произодит после анимация асе "упасть в безсознание"

просто если играть с асе и твоим модом, то иногда получается вот что: в игрока попадают и одновремненно срабатывают две системы: асе без сознанка и твое падение по рагдолу. и выглядит это так:

огромное спасибо за мод. это то о чем я так долго мечтал. сейчас пытаюсь придумать как отключить асе_безсонзанку и оставить только твою. А то в асе юниты падают в без сознании по стойке смирно. и сразу можно понять кто очухается, а кто нет, по анимации
