I'd recommend checking out the SMRSCars pack by Sedan Mafia 174RuS, since it contains a wide variety of Russian vehicles.

The original skin was wrong. This particular version of the car was not supposed to come with a black vinyl roof due to the lack of chrome moldings, see this [i2.wp.com] for comparison.
