Furthermore extracting from Gears 4 is not possible at the moment.

@headcrab I found a mod that will help you to stand up the brumak its that when you download standing pose tool I cant do the link when writing this but the next comment the link will be there and it makes characters change to T-pose and standing up good for things like animations did not find with its gonna work but you have to try

No, because the Swarmak has a completely different model that on top of being covered in crystal meshes, has different UVs from this model.
That is a terrible idea and will never work.

hey creator you know what character from GEARS OF WAR 4 will be very easy its SWARMAK this one is very easy to do man just you need to find the crystal textures put them on a brumak and BOOM you got a swarmak you know why I sayd BOOM with you dont know (its boomer from GEARS OF WAR 1,2,3)

I have not even finished Gears 2, and only barely started Gears 3, I cant go to Gears 4 yet.

Plus getting Gears 4 models is impossible at this time. And please do not type overly long comments that have nothing to do with the addon.
