Server Console Variables:
* sv_blink_delay (Default 3) - How long blink swep takes to reload
* sv_blink_deploy (Default 1) - How long blink swep takes to deploy
* sv_blink_distance (Default 10) - Max distance (in meters)
* sv_blink_prepare (Default 0.2) - Delay between fire and blink
* sv_blink_mode (Default false) - Trace mode - 0 is hull (blink), 1 is line (teleport) (Change only if that is needed):steamhappy:

No, it doesn't go through walls, but if you use the sv_blink_mode 1 you can go through ceilings and come out the other side if it's thin enough. Your feet will probably be a little clipped but crouching can usually take care of that.
