Oh yeah. I forgot about the "Abandon Quest" lines.
One of Vert's lines could fit for a miss. It's along the lines "This is because I spent all night playing online games".

There's a decent amount of generic lines that can be used, like "Retreat" and "Watch out". Looking through Nepgear's though I agree about half wouldn't really fit.

The lines in U aren't really fit for anything in XCOM, if I remember correctly.
Unless you want to use the lines for the EXE.Drives. And maybe a couple of the loading screen ones. Example:
Neptune: I'll Nep your face!
Nowa: Isn't this common sense?

Just to add, I was testing the HDNoire battle voices last night and they have probably the most useful clips for XCOM because it's a strategic RPG. I'm sure you can make good use of these lines.

It's just a shame that none of the CPU Candidates feature in that game...

Yep they'll be in Japanese. I've currently only got the battle voices as I still haven't made my way through the story voices for both Nep U and HDNoire so I won't include that in the library yet. It'll probably be in a .rar file named something like "Nep U HDNoire Extension" within the Dropbox but I'll let you know when I've done that.

That would be great! Gives me a chance to add more lines to each voice pack. Are the lines in Japanese?

I'm starting to get the Hyperdevotion Noire voices and they might be pretty useful for XCOM2 voices. I'll add them to my library as extensions as well as the Neptunia U voices I've got so far so you can expand on some lines.

@Plutia: Wrong, this is NOT from a Visual Novel. This is from a JRPG. And those have heck of a lot lines after all. Just because the dialogue-stysle is "VN-esque" doesn't mean ♥♥♥♥. Since by that logic every Fire Emblem would be a Visual Novel too, but it isn't.
Either way, it's true that this isn't from the Anime, but from one(or multiple) of the games...

oh, guess rhat makes stuff like tis muc easier to get audio files from, i have never extracted audio files but im guessing its a very long and hard process =/

of course, because anime and visual novels have tons of dialogue to draw from. (fyi this is from a visual novel, not anime, the anime doesn't have near enough lines)
