If there's no other facility to empty to (all other facilities are full etc.), the button will be disabled.

I can't reproduce the issue otherwize, so I suggest you try to delete and unsubscribe, then resubscribe and place the asset again. There could be an issue with your local model.

@ Akyhne - I was using a landfill, this recycling centre and the small biomass facility (mod by Avanyas). As I recall, I built a landfill first, then several recycling centres and then biomass facility or two.

I think this centre is bugged: as soon as its storage capacity is full, the centre does not seem to actually process any waste any more. Also, the "empty facility" button doesn't work.

How many garbage trucks? How about pollution?
