Not a big deal eitherway, still looks awesome
but it is the spanish "Velaro E" which is build by Siemens. The train was the first export of the Velaro Train and is based on the german "Velaro D" (ICE 3). The spanish model reached 403 km/h (250mph) during test runs and is used for the HSR-Service: AVE of spanish rail operator Renfe.
Around the globe you can find exports from siemens in China, the "Velaro RUS" in mother russia, which is better known as the Sapsan (сапсан), the "Velaro E320" in England as the brand new Eurostar and the "Velaro TR" in Turkey.
