@Timmah they were directly extracted from Halo Reach, Halo 3, and Halo 4 with Adjutant from the raw maps, which I'm sure you'll find on the internet! Really hope that helps :)

As I do not own this game, but am using the W10 Cortana a lot, could you let us know where you got the sounds so they can be used in our own Cortana projects? Would be greatly appreciated :)

@Eternal Ah, thank you. Was concerned I wouldn't be able to use the voice.

@Sephistrife19 That's because I changed the ID from the Cortana Voicepack internally in one section of the file and it seems like that screwed up the detection system, however, ignoring the warning when loading shouldn't give you any compatibility issues, just a warning screen before loading. That's about it.

So, I saw the warnings about not having the Master Chief and Cortana voice pack. I subscribed to both of them. No issues. Started a save, continued with life. I pick up my save after I stopped playing it for a week, and it says I'm missing both of those voice packs.

I can see both voice packs. They're sitting right in my mod selection screen, but XCOM wasn't detecting them. So, I unsubscribed and resubscribed, just so I could get them to download again. The Master Chief voicepack got fixed this way, but the Cortana one didn't. Not sure what is causing this issue, and I was kind of growing fond of her voice lol Any idea what's causing this?

OK. This was the first mod I was using to be deleted. I was not aware I could simply ignore the warnings. I will get the missing mods mod, lol. Thank you for the hard work putting this together. I once modded Medieval Total War a long time ago, so I know the work often goes thankless. Now that I am fully rested I realize that I should have thanked you. I'm really enjoying the voice in my squad.

@The Blue Jelly Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude, I was just tired. I already have a video on Cortana's preview but its a bit old, I might make a new one for both voice packs when I finish the Reach MJOLNIR mod.

How can I know if I like it without downloading it? Even just a minute and a half recording of you clicking "preview" in the character pool would count. Just some sample so people can have some idea of the level of quality and/or types of lines.

You'll need the mod that lets you ignore the "missing mods" error, but you can even load mid-mission, the game will give the soldier(s) using the missing voice a "default" voice.

@semper fitz=VX9= A voice pack simply CAN NOT break a savegame, you just have to ignore the warning and "Load Anyways".

Because you killed the old version, now my save games do not work. Tell me a fix, please.

I had to, otherwise no one would notice or they would start complaining in the other mod and I don't want it to affect Tempest negatively.

did you take the other one down and upload this version? I ask since when I loaded my save I was surprised to see the Cortana voice pack missing, I checked my mod list and it was gone. only thing I could figure was you did some thing lol.
