They are too big compared to standard housing. There size should be halved and they could be pairings with your other one like thise in one tile.

@Kamikaze80 Thanks man! I think its possible. I can delete some faces and reduce the texture size. :) but ye I like a high quality model. I dont know if its hard to run the game if you have a lot of these buildings? I dont experience much trouble.

Maybe its the shadow. Maybe you make the wall clearer or u can use the mod from boformer softer shadows. So the shadow is not so dark.

I have a problem, 1 side of my models looks completely dark:
