I cannot replicate this problem that you are having. It must be a conflicting mod that you are using, try a clean install with the weapons and add your addons from there to see which one conflicts. I cannot tell you which one conflicts because I don't know what addons you are using.

The 1887 does have a Terminator animation it just doesnt do it all the time.
