I think that both the grey colour scheme and the "hose" make it look too similar to the Degreaser.

If you were to change the design a bit, I would love this weapon in the game, something like +50% airblast power, -50% airblast cost, +40% ammo usage for fire, -60% burn time

Instead of shooting fire from the gun, it shoots molten metal. This metal can be put on the ground and anyone who walks over it catches on fire and whilst in contact with the molten metal, deals flame damage. This molten metal will turn into solid metal and then disappear after 5 seconds, or, it could be airblasted or sucked up by the man melter. The alt-fire would still compression blast as per usual. Time to make up Fun and balanced stats!
! All Fire Damage Delt from the Primary Weapon Adds Rage to the "Overheat" Meter, When the "Overheat" Meter is Completely Full, (150 Damage Total) The weapon Becomes Locked and You cannot Use your Flamethrower's Primary Fire Attack While Holding the weapon, and the Meter Will Enter "Cool-down" And the meter will decrease Over a Period of 5 Seconds
+ Airblast Removes All Rage from the "Overheat" meter
+ 70% Less Airblast cost
+ When the weapon is not Fired the "Overheat" meter Will slowly Decrease over a Period of 5 Seconds, (I.E. Assuming The meter is at 90% It will Decrease 10% Than it would if the Meter was full and the weapon was locked)
-Airblast has 25% Less Knockback

When not in water:
+10% Afterburn damage when not in water.
Normal.
+10% Primary Ammo.
When in water:
-No Afterburn damage.
