Update:
as it turns out, it's a completely different mapset that causes (and kicked off a frantic search for a fix) the broken citadel texture.

this map is perfectly fine, sorry

no clue how that's happening - there's no external materials within the addon, everything is baked into the map (which is only loaded while on said map)
even then, if materials are cached then all you gotta do is reload the game to fix

Just to note everyone who downloads this map: This map will break several citadel textures, rendering them to look like the models/shiny texture.

Unique storyline, ultra high graphics, and the music is just perfect.

Can you make an npc or hex of the MCM combine? Just add the MCM death sounds to the original combine (a random scream and the super mario bros. death sound)
