@beatboxjunior564 Hi, the only thing that's required is that your residential zones have reached max-level ( level 5 ) and that there are 4x4 spaces.
As you said, you'll need to provide services, parks, busstops etc. to make an area level 5.

If you only want these types of buildings to spawn on your 4x4 tiles, I'd recommend subscribing to the Building Theme mod by Boformer and creating your own JBR theme.

It doesn't show up even when i provide services it doesn't want to upgrade, does this require a mod??? :steamsad:

@r3load3d v2.0 has a sidepart to it that starts halfway down the building which makes the building a bit wider.
You should be able to spot it on some of the pictures I've uploaded :)
