1. The spawns are limited to three per site since everything above doesnt work properly
2. Just checked it, its not on mine ( check your config)
3. Why should they? I build this map but i cant configure the bot AI.

and one question from my side: Why are you playing an aimmap with bots?

1. i cant add more T bots
2. after i kill them the game should restart by itself
3. bots dont pick upp they're guns right away

Just type these commands in your console once the map loaded:

mp_weapons_allow_map_placed 1;
mp_round_restart_delay 2;
mp_freezetime 2;
mp_restartgame 1
